Candidate privacy notice

Explains for what purposes and for how long we process the personal data in the job application you submit through our careers page.

This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in order to inform you about the personal data you share when you apply for a job through the careers page of the tuedion.com website.

Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Tuedion in its capacity as data controller. Address: Etiler Mah. Evliya Çelebi Cad. No:23 Daire:106/D, 07000 Muratpaşa/Antalya. Email: contact@tuedion.com.

Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: your first name and surname, your email address, your telephone number and your city of residence.
  • Professional information: your curriculum vitae (CV) and the education and work experience information it contains, your portfolio or profile link, and your application message.
  • Transaction security: the IP address from which you submitted the application and the time of your consent.

Please do not include special categories of personal data, such as health, religion or association membership, or a photograph in your CV. This information is not used in the assessment.

Purposes of processing

  • To assess your application against the open position or against positions that may open in the future;
  • To contact you and to conduct the interview and assessment processes;
  • To initiate the employment contract process when a hiring decision is made;
  • To prevent misuse of the application form.

Method of collection and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the application form on our careers page. It is processed on the following legal grounds set out in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the KVKK: the processing being directly related to the establishment of a contract (c), and our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

Transfer

Your application is seen only by our team members involved in the recruitment process and is not shared with third parties. Your data may be transferred to the server provider that hosts the site and to the email infrastructure provider only to the extent necessary to provide the service. The servers of these providers may be located abroad; in that case, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention period

If you are not hired, your application and your CV are deleted 1 year after the date on which your application reached us. During this period, we may consider you for suitable positions that may open. If you would like your application to be deleted earlier, simply write to contact@tuedion.com.

Your rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information; learn the purpose of the processing; know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred; request the rectification, erasure or destruction of your data; and claim compensation for the damage you suffer due to the unlawful processing of your data.
