Frequently asked questions
What happens if the assistant gives wrong information?
We set the assistant up to answer only with information you have approved. When it is unsure about a question, it passes the conversation to your team, and we review the answers together regularly.
Where does our data go?
At the start of the project we agree together which data goes to which service. We process personal data in line with KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and do not send it to external services unless necessary.
Can it connect to the software we use?
We work with almost any system that offers an API: CRM, ERP, accounting, email and messaging tools. The automations run inside these systems, so your team doesn’t have to learn a new program.
