How does the driver know when a flight is delayed?
The system tracks the flight number on the booking, and when the landing time changes, the pick-up time in the driver’s app updates too. The driver no longer waits at the airport for nothing.
Do transfers from agencies go into the same system?
Yes. With agency connections, transfers sent by your partners join the online bookings from your website in the same list, so nobody has to prepare the day’s transfer list by hand.
Do drivers need a separate app?
The driver app shows the day’s jobs, passenger details and meeting point on the driver’s phone. You make assignments from the dispatch screen and follow the whole fleet from one screen.
Can online booking be added to our existing website?
Yes. We can connect the booking system to your current website or build a new multilingual booking website. Online payment and confirmation messages work together with each booking.
Have you worked with a transfer company before?
Yes. For Bodrum-based Ekonomik Transfer, we planned the customer panel, online booking, fleet tracking and accounting system in 2018 and launched it in 2019. In 2021 we extended it with automatic SMS, a driver panel and live vehicle tracking modules.
