Frequently asked questions
Is custom software or an off-the-shelf package the right choice?
If an off-the-shelf package fits most of your business, it is often the most economical route. If your team keeps falling back on spreadsheets and email to cover its gaps, custom software removes that loss. In the discovery call we compare both routes openly.
How long does a web application take to complete?
Usually between 2 and 6 months, depending on scope. You see the first working version early in a test environment, and we add the remaining features in two-week cycles.
Who will own the source code and the server?
You will, entirely. On handover we transfer the source code, the database, and access to the domain and server to you, so your software never depends on us.
Can our existing data be moved to the new system?
Yes. We review the data in your Excel spreadsheets, your old software or other systems and migrate it into the new structure. We plan the switchover so that it does not interrupt your business.
