Aloha Yachting

Aloha Sailing charters skippered and bareboat yachts in Fethiye, Göcek and Marmaris, carrying the guest experience its team offered for years on their own boats into a boutique approach to service. For them, we designed a complete digital infrastructure from the charter site to operations management.

We developed boat pages that present the fleet, from Lagoon and Bali catamarans to a Bavaria sailing yacht and a 30-metre gulet, with a daily availability calendar and prices calculated by season. Extra services, card deposits and the yacht charter agreement became a natural part of the booking flow.

With a content structure that stretches from the Göcek blue cruise route to bay guides, we carried out SEO work aimed at giving the site a strong position in search engines. By setting up a CRM where the team manages occupancy, seasonal prices, guests and payments from one panel, we made the whole process trackable, from sale to voyage.

How Aloha Yachting works

  1. Chooses a boat

The guest filters the fleet by boat type and sees a daily availability calendar on the chosen boat’s page. We designed a flow where a Saturday-to-Saturday week can be picked, and availability and the weekly price checked with a single tap.

  2. Explores the route

The site’s route guides describe, stop by stop, the blue cruise from Göcek to Tersane Island, Cleopatra Bay, Bedri Rahmi Bay and the Yassıca Islands. By linking the guides to the boat pages, we let guests move straight from the route they imagine to a booking.

  3. Books with a deposit

As the guest picks extras such as transfers, a Seabob or drone filming, the total updates instantly. A 30% deposit on the seasonal price is taken by card, the charter agreement is accepted and the booking is recorded on the guest’s card in the CRM.

  4. Aloha is found in search

Each route and bay guide is prepared for search engines with its own focus keyword, title and description. With a content structure that links the guides to the boat pages, we set up an SEO framework that steadily grows the site’s search visibility.

Admin panel

The team manages fleet occupancy, seasonal prices, guests and payments from one place, in the admin panel behind the site.

Design language

We made the midnight blue of the mermaid logo the main colour and the sun’s orange the colour for bookings and actions. By placing bay and boat photos at the centre of the pages, we gave the brand the airy, inviting character of Göcek.
