House at Khlebny
For House at Khlebny, a historic building in an exclusive Moscow district converted into luxury residences, we ran a complete process, from a website that tells the building’s story to accommodation software that manages apartment bookings.
We designed the website as a narrative that reflects the building’s history and character through watercolour illustrations, earth tones and a classic heading typeface. As the guest scrolls, the building’s past, its location on a hand-drawn map, its apartments and its interiors unfold in turn.
Behind the site, we developed accommodation software that brings apartment occupancy, short and long stays and booking requests together on one calendar. We delivered the site and the admin interface in the client’s language, Russian.

Reads the building’s story
On the home page, the guest reads the building’s history alongside watercolour illustrations. By designing its eras as a narrative that unfolds as the page scrolls, we turned the building’s past into an experience discovered step by step.

Explores the location on a map
The location page presents the district with a hand-drawn map. By marking the surrounding streets, historic buildings and landmarks on it, we tied the location information into the site’s illustrative style.

Views the apartments
The guest views the apartments through floor plans and interior images. By placing apartment selection and the booking request in the same flow, we let guests send their request from the page where they view their apartment.
Admin panel
The team manages apartment stays and bookings with the accommodation software behind the site.
Design language
By combining watercolour illustrations with earth tones and a classic heading typeface, we brought the building’s historic texture onto the pages. Pairing ink-coloured headings and drawings with a paper-toned background, we gave the site a timeless, warm character.
