Ekonomik Transfer
We built an end-to-end digital infrastructure, from the corporate website to the operations panel, for Ekonomik Transfer, Karia Group’s Bodrum-based brand offering VIP transfers, airport transfers and chauffeur-driven car rental across the Aegean and the Mediterranean.
We designed an online booking experience that lets guests plan their transfer without picking up the phone. Search by flight time, vehicle choice matched to the route, pricing in Turkish lira and euros, and the "My booking" screen all sit in a single flow, in Turkish and English.
For the operations team, we developed a panel to manage bookings, vehicle and driver assignments, prices and reports from one place. With a tracking link sent by SMS and a driver screen, we created a transfer experience in which guests can follow their vehicle live on a map.

How Ekonomik Transfer works

Searches for a transfer
The guest chooses a return or one-way trip and enters their flight’s landing time and the number of passengers. We built the from and to fields around a search that suggests places as an airport, hotel or area name is typed.

Chooses a vehicle
Vehicles suited to the route are listed with their prices. When the currency changes, every price is recalculated in the chosen currency, so guests can compare vehicles in their own currency.

Tracks the booking
With their booking number, the guest opens the "My booking" screen and sees the details of their transfer. Like the rest of the site, we built this screen to work in both Turkish and English.

Follows the vehicle live
The tracking link sent to the guest by SMS shows the vehicle’s position live on a map. The link closes when the driver marks the guest as dropped off, so tracking lasts only as long as the transfer.
Admin panel
The operations team manages bookings, vehicle assignments, prices and reports from a single panel.
Design language
We repeated the red from the logo on buttons and selected fields over the dark grey menu and footer, giving the interface a clear accent colour. White form fields and grey form text keep the booking steps simple and easy to read.
