Kuum Hotel
For Kuum Hotel & Spa, which welcomes guests to Türkbükü bay in Bodrum with a 2,200 m² spa and wellness centre and a 500-metre private platform beach, we built an end-to-end digital infrastructure from the website to channel connections.
We crafted the site, which presents the hotel’s architecture, its spa and facilities and its residences for sale or rent, around a flow where guests choose their room and complete the booking on a secure payment page. With booking steps that show seasonal prices by date, number of guests and room type, we brought the decision onto a single screen.
For the front office we developed a panel that manages rooms, bookings and payments from one place. With API connections that pass prices and availability to other sales channels and marketplaces, we made sure that a room sold on one channel also closes on the others.

How Kuum Hotel works

Discovers the hotel and residences
Guests browse pages that present the hotel’s architecture and Türkbükü bay through photography. We set up the residences section under its own heading, introducing homes that can be bought and let monthly through the hotel’s system.

Looks through the spa and facilities
Guests can explore Spa by Spasoul, the fitness area, the indoor pool and the treatments one by one. By giving each service its own page, we built a structure that describes the 2,200 m² spa and wellness centre in detail.

Chooses a room and pays
Guests choose their dates and number of guests and see seasonal prices for each room type. With this flow, which lets them complete the booking on a secure payment page, we brought every step from room selection to payment into a single process.
Admin panel
The front office manages rooms, bookings, payments and sales channels from a single panel.
Design language
By keeping buttons and highlights in a sand tone on a white background, we carried the natural texture of Türkbükü into the interface. With a dark colour and a classic typeface for the headings, we gave the hotel an elegant, calm character.
