GTP Veteriner Kliniği
For GTP Veterinary Clinic, named after founder İlayda Irşi’s dogs Ginger, Toffy and Puffy, we built end-to-end digital infrastructure from the website to clinic management software.
We designed a mobile-friendly website that tells the clinic’s story and presents its team and services, from vaccinations to dental care, with rounded cards and plenty of photos. We made the online appointment flow, where pet owners move step by step through service, vet and time, reachable from every page of the site.
Behind the site, we developed clinic software that manages appointments on the vets’ calendar and payments at the till. We gathered each patient’s examination, vaccination and treatment history on a patient card, and set up a system that sends SMS and email reminders to pet owners when a vaccination or check-up is due.

Browses the services
On the home page, the pet owner gets to know the clinic and services such as vaccinations, neutering, dental care and check-ups. By explaining each service on its own page and keeping the appointment button visible on every page, we shortened the path from browsing to booking.

Books an appointment online
The pet owner creates an appointment by choosing the service, the vet and a suitable time. We designed a flow that shows the steps at the top of the screen and sends the appointment confirmation to the pet owner by SMS and email.
Admin panel
The clinic team manages appointments, patients, pet owners and the till from the clinic software behind the site.
Design language
Using a vivid blue for buttons and accents and navy for headings, we created a reassuring, airy clinic identity. By presenting services with rounded cards and plenty of photos, we gave the site a friendly, inviting character.
