Kefmann
For Kefmann, which supplies and distributes chemicals on a global scale across a wide product range, from cosmetics to water treatment and from paints and polymers to food additives, we designed a holistic digital infrastructure from the corporate site to operations management.
With an integration layer that connects to supplier and manufacturer APIs, we developed a catalogue that automatically pulls prices and stock levels for more than 10,000 products and keeps them up to date. By presenting the products in seven main categories with A to Z filters, we let buyers reach the chemical they need in a few steps.
We brought the entire sales process into a single CRM, from the quote request on the site to the order, and from the customer card to pro forma invoices, invoices, COA and SDS documents. We made shipments from the Istanbul warehouse, which travel worldwide by truck and ship, traceable through their container, vessel, customs and paperwork stages, and built a structure that keeps the customer informed at every step by email, WhatsApp and a tracking link.

How Kefmann works
-
The catalogue updates itself
Data from supplier and manufacturer APIs is processed in a sync layer and passed into the catalogue. Price and stock changes for more than 10,000 products, along with new products, appear in the categories automatically.
-
A quote becomes an order
A quote request that the buyer sends from the product page lands on the CRM board. The team sends the pro forma invoice by email and turns the approved quote into an order with its COA and SDS documents, and the customer is kept informed at every step by WhatsApp and email.
-
The load leaves Istanbul
The order travels from the warehouse to the port by truck and, after customs and paperwork, reaches the ship in a container. As the ship sails through the Dardanelles into the Mediterranean, container, vessel, booking and estimated arrival details are tracked live at every stage.
-
The customer tracks the shipment
Once loading onto the ship is complete, the customer receives a tracking link on WhatsApp and the shipping documents by email. The buyer follows the container’s location, stages and estimated arrival on their own screen.
Admin panel
The sales and logistics teams manage customers, quotes and shipments all over the world from the admin panel behind the site.
Design language
We made Kefmann’s dark grey logotype and red star mark the core language of the interface. By using red for quote buttons and key actions and neutral greys for long product lists, we gave a technical catalogue a clean, corporate look.
