Pratix
For Pratix, which makes mattresses, wall beds and bedding accessories in France, we built end-to-end digital infrastructure from the product site to delivery operations.
We designed and developed a product site that explains each product’s layers, dimensions and use through markers on the images. By presenting the advantages of wall beds with icons, we made it easy for customers to see how the bed fits into a room.
We brought delivery planning, from order to assembly, together with delivery vehicle tracking in the same infrastructure. We also took on the setup and operation of the servers and applications, running the whole system as a single point of contact.

How Pratix works

Explores the mattress layer by layer
Using markers on the image, the customer explores the spring system, foam, fabric and edge support one by one. We gathered product dimensions and use on the same page, presenting all the information on a single screen.

Browses products and services
Wall beds are listed with their prices and ratings. By keeping the two-year guarantee, free delivery, on-site assembly and customer service information visible on every page, we reinforced trust at every step of the purchase.

Sees how the product works
The wall bed’s advantages and use are explained with simple icons. We designed a presentation that lets customers grasp, through images, how the bed fits into the room.
Admin panel
The logistics team manages orders, delivery days, assembly teams and vehicles from one place, in the admin panel behind the site.
Design language
We reserved the orange accent for buttons, labels and icons and a grey-blue tone for headings and menus, building a clean, balanced interface language. On the product pages, we opened up the mattress layers with markers on the images, giving the brand a clear and trustworthy character.
