Sparkles Yachting
Since 2015, Sparkles Yachting has offered yacht charter, bareboat charter, yacht sales and tours from Marmaris along Türkiye’s coast and to the Greek islands. For them, we built an end-to-end system from the website to the operations panel.
We designed a booking experience where guests choose a yacht, see its price by season and package, and complete the booking with payment on the site. A three-step flow of guest details, payment and confirmation is supported by a booking summary that updates at every step.
For the operations team, we developed a panel to manage yacht availability, guests, payments and pre-departure reminders from one place. We paired an availability calendar that stops the same dates being sold twice with reminders sent by email, SMS and WhatsApp, bringing operations and guest communication into one structure.

How Sparkles Yachting works

Chooses a yacht
On each yacht’s page, the guest sees its length, cabins, capacity, build year, photo gallery, departure ports and weekly price together. By placing port and date selection on the same page, we let bookings start directly from the yacht page.

Completes the booking
The booking has three steps: guest details, payment and confirmation. A summary panel on the right keeps the dates, boat type, extras and total visible at every step.

Makes the payment
The guest can pay by credit card or bank transfer. We tied acceptance of the distance sales contract and the privacy policy to the payment step, so guests move on to the secure payment page with these approvals in place.
Admin panel
The operations team manages yachts, availability, guests, payments and reminders from a single panel.
Design language
We let the yacht photos stand out on a white background, using navy for headings and sea blue for the steps, buttons and payment area. Setting the summary panel apart on a light blue background, we brought the sea’s airy, reassuring character into the interface.
